By reading this, you agree to read the description of class info BEFORE signing up. Please read carefully, especially if you have questions regarding payment, cancellation, or makeup classes:
To attend class you must pay in FULL before the first class. If you place a deposit then the remaining payment is due when you arrive the first day of class—only Cash or Credit Card are accepted. You can pay anytime in advance in full with a card at www.dearmattieshow.com.
If you add any class or classes to your cart more than once, and are not intentionally signing up for someone other than yourself, then proceed to check out and pay, you will be responsible to pay the total amount for all classes in your cart. BE SURE to pay for only the number of spots you want.
Cancellation policy is a two-way street; I am a working actor as well and will always let you know if a job interferes with class with as much advanced notice as possible. This is usually isn’t a problem since class is in the evenings but it does happen. Besides a booking where you will be on set OR an immediate family emergency, I require AT LEAST a 72-hour cancellation notice before the start of class to be eligible for any refund. You must make contact prior to the 72 hours before class. If you cancel, after the 72-hour period, a refund is up to my discretion. After the 72-hour period, you have 7 days to reschedule a make-up appointment. (That does not mean that you must complete the session in 7 days, but it must be rescheduled within that time.) If you must reschedule a second time, you forfeit your deposit and/or any pre-payment. If I must reschedule a second time, you will have the option of a full refund. Any leeway within this policy is purely at my discretion.
